Delete Your Migrating Dragons Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data from the Migrating Dragons mobile app.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Migrating Dragons account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@migratingdragons.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Migrating Dragons account
- We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- Your personal information (name, email address)
- Your app preferences and settings
- Device tokens and authentication data
What Data May Be Retained
Some data may be retained after account deletion for legitimate business and legal purposes:
- Work records and installation data: Records you created as part of your work duties may be retained by your employing organisation as they own this business data. This includes site photos, installation records, and compliance documentation.
- Audit logs: Records of actions taken within the system may be retained for compliance and regulatory purposes for up to 7 years.
- Anonymised analytics: Aggregated, non-identifying usage data may be retained for service improvement.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- If you were invited by an organisation, please also notify your organisation administrator
- Deletion of your account does not affect your organisation's subscription or other users
